I’m an Alesis DM10 user, but nothing beats drumming away connected to my computer and triggering SD2… Yet, sometimes, the fact that you have to boot up your computer, load up your host, load SD2, ect makes the setup part boring… I have an Ipad 2… And a camera connection kit, and the DM10 (as well as the alesis trigger io, dm6, dm5, dm8) work wll when connected via usb to the ipad… Yet, there is no app that i can trully use to all its potential on the ipad with my drum module… If you guys built SD2 Mobile vesion, you would innovate and revolutionize sound modules for electronic drumming… No more laptop on the road… Just an ipad and your edrum set… I don’t know if yamaha’s or roland’s are compatible with the ipad via the camera connection kit… But alesis are… So you would already have a market niche ready for you… And I would be first in line to buy your app.
Also… could you please please add note choking to SD2… it only works with aftertouch midi signals… my Edrum doesn’t have that.
