What! I purchased EZ Mix and had no idea that skin is not resizable. I’m sorry but in today’s big screen scene, this is unacceptable. The least you can do is have a “WARNING” statement that the skin is one size only. With my screen setup, this just does not work. Real bummer after spending the money. Toontrack, this is a big disappointment for such a great product. What were you thinking?

Well! it just keeps getting better! I erased all the Superior Drummer 3 files I could find and went to Toontrack Product Manager and installed again (I think, what is DOWNLOAD, I did that too). Nothing! Now I get this message:

“This device is not installed on your system”

What happened here in the first place? was this how the upgrade was suppose to work (this is a question, please answer)? I have never had this happen before and frankly, it sucks. I need to get my software up and running NOW! Why such a long delay between correspondence?

Thanks for the response, I appreciate your time! However, I’m a novice at this and would not know how to find my DLL files or how many I need to look for. Is this the way this was suppose to happen? One of the reasons I like Toontrack is the way you manager your product for update etc. It was always a “piece of cake”. This time I’m very bummed, this happened right in the middle of a project. Not good!

 

Nonetheless, is there a simpler solution. I have know idea where the DLL files are or for that matter how many I’m looking for and how to point Studio One at anything.
