Some of our users who have had trouble downloading report success by using Firefox as their browser with the add on download manager “Download them all” https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/downthemall/

Toontrack however does does not make this download manager nor are we affiliated with it in any way. Therefore we can not take responsibility, or provide support for it.

Since Toontrack uses a CDN (content delivery network) for the download there are no alternate links.

Superior drummer libraries are too large to download in full.

If you select a download option you are given a serial number instantly… this gives you access to a partial download while you wait for the full installers in the mail.

if you select “Box” you receive a retail box that contains the serial number. Therefore you have to wait for the box in the mail before you can install anything.

Have you tried working with the use browser MIDI function in EZKeys? Please see this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpUrQgaF5V0

This is explained around the 3 min mark.

Also, due to the intangible nature of our product (software) it can not be exchanged or returned once it has been downloaded by the user. This is explained in the terms and conditions of the webshop before you purchase.

You can load EZdrummer 2 project files Even when EZdrummer is launched as a plugin in your host.

Simply open a project in your host > Insert EZDrummer 2 > then click Menu > Project > Load project.

8.0.5 and above are supported for EZDrummer 2.

Please make sure that you are using a Stereo Instrument track for EZDrummer 2. If the track is mono EZdrummer will not appear as an option.
