Hi. It’s 2022 now and I’m having the same issue. I have the required sampler  (EZDrummer 3) installed n stuff and when I try to download the Pop Punk EZX it says I have to download the required sampler. The website says everything is done but the product manager says Pop Punk EZX needs the required sampler. I wish I could just erase everything from the site and redownload it. I have a M1 Mac. I hope they reply with a solution soon that’s public so people will know what to do.
