FYI Metal Machinery has a Ludwig Stainless Steel kit in there.

I’ve been using a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 with my TD27 with good results. It doesn’t have regular MIDI in and out but the model up does I believe.

Modern Metal EZX also has a 9000 in the library.

edit: yep, I know its another metal pack but using the basic or original mix gives you a good starting point.  Just because it’s labelled metal doesn’t mean it can’t be used in a different genre. A well recorded drum is just that.

It’s added a preset for the Roland TD27. That’s all I’ve noticed so far.

I have the same issue with this, Rock Warehouse and Custom Shop. I’ve sent some samples off to TT in the hope they can find the issue.

So in the articulation drop down change it to one then all?

Just noticed the same thing happens with the Custom Shop EZX. If this just a user forum or are there TT techs here?

They both have some great dry sounds if that’s what you’re after but the winner for me would be Hansa especially the vocal booth kit. So warm and dry it makes you want to curl up and have a nap in the kick drum.
