I invested in 103 Toontrack products wholly due to no resale penalty.  You have royally screwed over your customer base.

After promoting Toontrack to friends and family for your previous resale policy, I am now beside myself for believing in your company.

Turns out you care nothing about your customers!

It’s been my personal experience that it’s challenging to get more than $60 for EZdrummer 2.  That EZX goes for $30-$35 and you can only count on $10 clear for that MIDI pack.

 

That’s how I arrived at $105.

I have the same problem as JLovette.  I can’t upgrade Cocktail or PopRock EZX’s nor their MIDI files.  Neither shows up as EZX’s in Product Manager.

The transaction with Leo went great.  I messed everything up and he had every right to be upset with me.  Yet, he repaired my mistake without complaint, earning my loyalty for future transactions.
