I guess DAWs (reaper for example) resample on the fly since I can use superior 2 within them with no issues whatsoever… I guess that could be a feature request for solo to do that also 🙂
do you think this might be a sample rate issue? (Creative Asio is a locked 48khz driver, while the S2 samples are at 44.1), possibly this is also why the 24/96 driver might not load?
the TD-12 sends different note numbers when triggering the side(cross) stick and rimshot.
So the sensitivity and threshold for the note switch needs to be set for your playing style in the TD-12.
