I have the tracks Kick, Snare and 3 tom tracks I want to export to Audio in the exort window. Looks like I have to select each one and drag it to the bottom window to export, works fine, I then drag it to my song within Studio One. When I do the next track (Snare) it seems to over write some of the files I already exported and I lose my kick? Whats the solution? Do I need to create a separate folder location for each track Kick, Snare and each Tom so it doesn’t over write? Is there a way to export all of them at one time BUT in separate files? Settings on the general tab- Enable bounce and 24bit checked, Advance tab Bounce Mic Channels selected.

I hope I understand your question. 😀
From the tracker drag the All Tracks Combined to the bottom of the window to “Track” area.
Once you have your drums track sorted click the track tab on the right, just above the MIDI window and select Export Song as Audio Files. It should open a Bounce window. Then go to Advanced tab. From there you can bounce all microphones as separate tracks into a single folder.
Problem is that this method will bypass all the mixer settings in SD3. If you want to retain the mixer you either have to select the Bounce Output Channels (but that usually bounces the whole drums as a single stereo file) or reroute each single microphone to a separate Output channel then Bounce the outputs but that is usually very time consuming.
I hope this is the answer you were looking for.

I know it might not be the perfect solution but wouldn’t it be easier to just drag and drop the whole MIDI part into SD3 and edit it in there?
You can bounce the wave files from there and just use those in the mix.
I use Cubase but I always edit my drums within SD3 as I find it easier to locate all the articulations and instruments.

Thanks Gents.
I shall start reading up on re-routing mikes then
Worst case scenario I will have to use one of the Avatar kits, those have plenty of Rides on both sides.

Thanks all for replies.
I tried the method from the video, it worked to some extend. Kick, snare and toms were ok but Hi Hat was a nightmare.
Good thing is that you can use very crappy recording and SD3 will pull the stuff out quite well from that.
Thanks again. 🙂
