Then…..I go to submit a support ticket…..how in the world are you supposed to get product help from this company? Google the problem and hope for the best because your to cheep to help your customers? This is the type of products that waste your time and money and then you get a tech team that doesn’t respond……a month later your still trying to figure how to install a 300$ product you can’t use because no one gives a shit! You got your money…….and I’m not happy or being productive. Thanks tootrack.
How is it 2025 and your team of professionals that are clearly geniuses have not fixed the gui scalling issue lol. How can you people be proud of a product with its feet still in 1999 ??? I’m completely blown away. I upgraded to win11 and can’t find a work around. I have spent 4 hours trying to figure this out. Am I just supposed to not install my products because you to cheep to upgrade the installer? What is your solution because I have tried every possible setting I can think of and nothing is working. Before you take our money, perhaps you should post a warning about how out dated your product installers are. The fact I have to download and install this like I live in the 90s……come on people.
the answer is really simple. money. the equation is not enough people use Linux for audio currently so there is no budget to hire someone who can do the coding. that would actually probably lose developers money. the only solution is people just need to start using Linux. the downside is that when the good turns to evil. or, windows becomes the Linux and Linux becomes the windows. toontrack will always be here though so what ever happens, they will follow. but from what i can gather, it will work in most cases but its not easy as pie.
if you haven’t already, and i would be more specific if it weren’t for the diversity of peoples systems and set ups, but its in your documents folder under in a folder for toontrack under the corresponding version. in that folder there will be a folder called presets, just copy and past on to a jump drive or cloud or whatever.
