You get this sound by opening and hitting the hihat at the same time and closing it quickly after that, There is no articulation for that sound, you’ll need an external midi pad or e cymbal to get it.
If your PC didn’t automatically download the TD-50 driver and you can’t find the TD-50 control panel, you need to manually install it from here:
and when are the updated graphics coming? all drums from any EZX loaded in SD3 are black…. black is boring…
The Platinum Samples Evil Drums SDX are not available to download anymore, how are you selling these? Do you have the CD‘s?
There is a setting called single choke mode in the midi mapping page, it’s a drop down menu, so it’s a bit hidden. Try this and see if it works

Thanked by: fusofusoThe Rock Foundry SDX is the only library I found sound „louder“ in the default settings
This has to do with the open pedal articulation, deactivate it and see the result, no more foot splashes though…. All roland modules suffer from that, module sends note on and note off plus bow hit so SD3 doesn’t know what to do with that, the same happens in my td-27, I too wrote support almost 2 weeks ago with video and everything, never got a response….
I guess if you play with headphones increasing the sensitivity in the module and playing its sounds is contra-productive but if you’re playing through an amp is ok.
