    Hi,

if you see EZmix, you are looking for EZdummer 3 in the wrong place.Make sure you have created a MIDI Instrument Track and look for EZdrummer 3 under AU Instruments

    Hi,

what about the info provided in the posts above yours?
You do not mention any steps taken, things you have tried.

Do you have Carbon Copy Cloner installed? If so, please remove old snapshots
Are you using Time Machine? If so, please delete old local snapshots.
Have you deleted old OS installers? If not, please check and do so
Have you emptied the Trash? If not, please do so
Have you rebooted your Mac? Surprisingly many Mac users seldom does

In EZkeys 2, is it still possible (like in EZKeys 1) to change the color of a song part that I’ve dragged down into the Song Track?    I really hope so!

    Hi,

you are not missing anything. The Cymbals are recorded and panned in the studio space position as the producer intended.
However, you can create a new separate mixer channel for a cymbal by right-clicking it > More > Route Instrument Microphones.
Click the Close Microphone and route it to a new mixer channel, which can be panned as you wish. Of course positions in the AMB microphones will not be affected.Screenshot-2023-12-30-at-17.37.51

    Hi,

could you please provide a screen shot of the Audio/MIDI setup page?
Does your MPK Mini work as expected with other software on the same PC?

    Hi,

routing 2 mono faders to a stereo output and panning them hard left/right is the way to go.

Selecting an ‘Original Mix’ preset in a library usually gives you a good starting point for routing instruments separately, e.g. Toms not all being on a stereo fader.

    Hi,

I can see that you have downloaded the Core Library and updates now, so I guess you’re all good? You had a Support Ticket, so they got things sorted for you?

    Hi,

those articulations are special and only present in older libraries. I quote a colleague’s reply:

seq (hard and soft) are Hats sequences of closed hits chopped in individual hits to guarantee a certain lineage between them. they are not velocity sensitive hence one note dedicated to hard hits and another to soft(er).

    Hi guys,

the software is listed in the Product Manager app under ‘EZKEYS LINE’ and the Core Library is listed under ‘EKX SOUND EXPANSIONS’.

If you do not see it, please close the application and restart it.

    Hi,

I guess you are running Cubase 12 in Native Silicon mode in Ventura? Cubase 12 Silicon Native on Mac does not support VST2 plug-ins, only Native versions of VST3 plug-ins.
Try running Cubase in Rosetta mode by finding the app in the Applications folder, selecting it and either right-click and ‘Get info’ or press Cmd+I. Tick the ‘Open using Rosetta’ box.

Then start Cubase and you should find EZmix2.

    Hi,

I am not sure where user Fons has heard or read that there’s a download limit of the software but that is simply not true.
The limit is for two active seats at the same time and it doesn’t matter if you have 2 Windows PCs, 2 Macs or one of each.
What does the Product Manager tell you if you check the Authorization Info for the EZdrummer 3 product?
