Hi,
I would do the following:
Close Logic.
Go to {Mac HD}/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/ and delete the ‘Superior Drummer 3.component’ file
Clear the AU cache by following the instructions in this FAQ: https://www.toontrack.com/faq/my-toontrack-plug-in-is-missing-from-logic-garageband/
Reboot your Mac. Open the Product Manager and Download the SD3 3.3.7 Installer again (if you have deleted it). Run it and make sure you click ‘Customise’ and then check that the AU plug-in is indeed being installed (see screen shots).
Next, start Logic.

I am afraid you have missed the info on the Dark Industrial product page that it is an EZkeys 2 library which requires EZkeys 2.

AFAIK, both should work.
Just make sure that if you decide to buy it, be logged in to your main account when registering it.

I’m also having this issue – downloaded the trial of EZD3 but it said it had already expired. Apparently it was trialled a couple of years ago, but I’ve no memory of ever trialling it.
I’ve been waiting for support to get back to me for a few days, but haven’t heard anything yet. I know it’s the holiday season, so people may not be working, but I’m worried that the current deals will end before I’ve had a chance to trial the product đ I’ll only need a day or two to trial it. Surely someone can help??

15dec24: Created and account, downloaded Toontrack PrdMngr, downloaded ED3, tried to launch get the error code “sound library issue” tried rescan and restart no change! Mean while my 10 day trial is evaporating and no chance to evaluate this product.
The competition is looking better everyday!
How about some help Toontrack.

did you also download and install the Core Trial library? Without a library the software doesn’t work as expected.
