    You can either:

Change the song key for that part of the song track (right click the ruler above the song track > Edit Key Signature). This will make the song block be in the correct song key, and the features of ezkeys will work better.

Or select all notes in grid editor and in Transpose panel, move notes up or down to the wanted place. This will leave the song track in the wrong song key for that Song block πŸ™‚

Use the “Add Standard Groove” button, then open grid editor and remove the bass notes manually.

Ctrl+drag the Groove to duplicate it, or Ctrl+drag it’s right edge to create multiple copies (it’s Option instead of Ctrl if you’re using a Mac).

Drag this to Grooves tab > User MIDI folder and you can reuse it in the future πŸ™‚

Unfortunately, we had to remove this option due to technical issues. However, we are currently working on it and hope to include it in an update soon!

    Thanks for the feedback πŸ™‚

It’s not possible to get all chords generated in scales or modes, but I’ll take a note of it as a feature request πŸ™‚

You can add a few chords to the song track that are in a scale/mode and use the suggested chords to continue the chord progression. They should match, and some in each column may be from the scale/mode you use.

If you change notes the chord may be reanalyzed and changed. Locking the highlight will leave the highlight intact, even if the chord changesπŸ™‚

It was left out of EZkeys 2 because of technical reasons due to the rewriting of all the core functions. We know it’s an appreciated feature and we’ll see if we can include it in a future update!
