A tip for those who use EZdrummer 2 – you can preview all drum MIDI released by Toontrack in the search tab by pressing “Show Web Shop MIDI”

In Logic Pro X – go to Window menu and select “Show Keyboard”. That will bring up an on screen keyboard. On the top left corner, press the icon that looks like an A button from a keyboard. Now you can use your keyboard as an MIDI keyboard.

I think that most of the modern DAWs has this feature built in.

Have you checked that the all MIDI notes are correctly sent by your e-kit? You can do that by recording what you play into a host and listen to the recorded MIDI.

What version of Superior Drummer 2 are you running? If not 2.4.2, please update to that so you are using the latest version!
