I had a great day at the Lufthansa Airlines Calgary Office. Every staff member was exceedingly courteous, competent, and prompt in answering my questions about reservations. All of my questions concerning the flight's details, including baggage rules, were fully addressed by them. This gave me the reassurance that I would get all the information I required for a successful trip. With a spacious sitting area and a serene ambiance that made waiting comfortable, the offices were tidy and well-organized. As it turned out, there was no waiting and everything went without a hitch. We greatly valued the team's kind disposition and meticulous attention to service. I would recommend them to others.
