It’s not a crime to let someone know they need to get better at their job.

Haha over reaction just a bit….

Bad customer service is bad customer service. When you want pros to use your products, you should strive for professional behavior as well.

Yeah, this is enough to take my future business elsewhere.  I have work to do, I can’t waste half a day waiting on something I have already paid for when I have clients expecting the “new drum sound” I promised would be coming TODAY.  And I agree, no explanation, no communication, no mods on forums with updates and peace of mind… Really badly handled, guys.

Agreed. I don’t think they care much about other people’s obligations or work schedules based on an issue I had with authorizations on devices. They just told me to read my EULA agreement. I wasn’t breaking any rules I just needed my PC authorized and their policies on that set my show back. When you take a device off, you should be able to put another on, period, and they have a limit on how many devices AND the number of times you can do it, for whatever reason. It makes no sense when upgraded computers are only new for 6 months tops. Not customer friendly, just like this situation.

A truly rotten way to handle pre-orders.

Where’s the communication, Toontrack?  Talk to your customers. You should be on your own forum on release day.

I’m using the “Thank” button as a “Like” button… just FYI.

I still think someone should go over there and look in the window to make sure it’s not just a bunch of chimps running around bonking each other on the head with plastic yellow hammers.

    I think

pre order is not pre sale

“Pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet manufactured, released, or simply not yet in stock. Pre-orders therefore allow customers to reserve products before they are even available. They will then be shipped on the announced shipping date.”

so they have one month to make it

so now they are ready for the pre sale lol

Not the definition, my friend… the concept. You know… not waiting… receiving some sort of benefit because I would’ve paid the 20 bucks to have it at midnight.

Someone should explain to Toontrack the concept of pre-ordering.

It’s May 3rd and crickets… I gotta stop getting excited about anything this company does. It would be great if we could get a time of release. They gotta know people are staying up until midnight to check this release out and if they don’t, duuuuuuh. Inconsiderate, really. I gotta work in the morning, boo on you, Toontrack.
