I have the impression that boosting the master volume a little bit (+2/3 db) makes everything sound more open and better, I don’t know why. Plus, the changes in the mixer tab you suggested seem more audible. Maybe I’ll find a way to use both solutions together. Please try and report back, if you can.
It worked pretty well, thanks. With some presets I still need to raise the volume on my headphones because the volume wasn’t enough, but it’s definitely better.
In order to not mess everything up I needed to leave both Compression and Reverb channels not selected before boosting all the channels up, depending on the preset. I’m sure you understand why.
Still looking for a definitive solution (if there is one), but this is the best workaround I’ve tried so far. Thanks again for your help.
My TD-17 was already working as a MIDI input device, but I expected to see it also in the “Audio device” list like shown in some videos I’ve watched. I guess some things are different from Windows to Mac, or simply I got confused. I’ve found a way to make everything work using ASIO with pretty much almost no latency. Thanks.
