Ok, so I finally downloaded and installed and i’m now unable to authorise…
I have to do the offline method but I have no idea where the ‘authorisation file’ is situated? Any ideas? It asks you to select an authorisation file but I have no idea where this is meant to be.
Firstly, I was pretty annoyed that us customers who already bought into EZdrummer had to pay for 2 whereas Jonny Randomer can get it for free because he’s a new customer and now I can’t download mine that I paid for yesterday. Fantastic products, terrible customer service.
