Can’t Download EZ Drummer 2

Hi ( Bet you guys were up early today!! )

Did the upgrade transaction Saturday.
Went into my products this morning (6th May) and click on product box….says i can’t access till the 6th may.
Am i in the wrong menu?
Wanted to download…..yet I’m hearing people were doing that a few days previous and are just waiting for Authorisations ( active 6th may)

Hi,

there was a glitch in the backend that allowed a few users to download a Beta, not the final product.
It is not available yet.

Same here. EZDrummer 2 is still listed as “unauthorised” in my list of products and there’s no option to authorise or download anywhere that I can find.

Same boat here. On the west coast waited all day for midnight to get here and, it’s now 1:30 am and, officially the 6th. Do I have to wait until the middle of the afternoon or something? Really want to play with this!!

Last time I looked it was the 6 th of May in Umea… and has been for almost 14 hours… So maybe reduce the unnecessary clicks of people refreshing every 10 seconds (;-) and give us a time ? Thanks and good luck with the launch.

Ok, so I finally downloaded and installed and i’m now unable to authorise…

I have to do the offline method but I have no idea where the ‘authorisation file’ is situated? Any ideas? It asks you to select an authorisation file but I have no idea where this is meant to be.
