ChuckJohn thank you I had it resolved shortly after posting yesterday. I am running windows 10 and always as a admin and it was not working. all good now!

ChuckI have recently purchased EZdrummer2 and I just purchased EZKEYS bundle and it is saying Denied permission why? thank you. I purchased products from zzounds.com and sweetwater.com, I have the hard good products with the legit reg info card(s) denied permission?
