    NOTE: This may be a moot point now. Just for the heck of it I tried the very same ‘register new product’ from the ‘Product Manager’ program on the local machine and it took it. I was able to choose and download the midi pack. Just didn’t work from the website – good to know! Maybe it would be good to keep this here if anyone else has the same problem? I looked for a ‘delete’ option to remove this post but I don’t see one…
