    @Brad said:

    PT 10 also introduced the AAX folder HD/Library/Application Support/Avid/Audio/Plug-Ins. Could you please make sure the EZD1 plug-in is not in that folder.

    Tried that too. I’m at a loss.

    This is starting to piss me off. I’ve uninstalled EZD 2 multiple times…tried just deleting the .dpm file from my plug-ins folder…and nothing has worked. EZD 1 is still opening up in Pro Tools. I’m on the latest version of PT 10 and downloaded the most recent update of EZD in my Toontrack account.

    Here is a screenshot showing EZD 2 standalone and then EZD within PT. I’m starting to feel like I wasted my money since PT is my main DAW and I cannot even use this plug-in there. Any other suggestions?Screen-Shot-2015-01-30-at-8.09.47-PM.png

    I did empty the trash after I deleted the .dpm and PT was closed at the time. I’ll take a screenshot tonight to show you.

    Maybe I will try to reinstall Pro Tools and see if that works.

    Thanks, but that did not work. I deleted the EZdrummer.dpm file from Library -> Application Support -> Digidesign -> Plug-Ins and then re-ran the 2.0.2 update. The “Date Modified” is showing Sep 5, 2014 (same as the date modified in the VST folder) so it should be the correct one. However, when I load it onto an instrument track in PT, it comes up as the original EZdrummer version 1.3.2.

    Anything else I can try? Pro Tools is my main DAW so I would really like to get this working.

    John, I didn’t update yet. On version 1.3. Let me try to update and then run Sound Mover again. Thanks!

    What’s the story with this?  I’m really disappointed.  I ordered Metal Foundry from Music 123 before Christmas and could not get past disc 2 on the install.  Kept getting stuck on soundb5.obw no matter what I did.  I even tried an external dvd drive borrowed from a friend.  Nothing worked.  So I contacted Music 123 and they were kind enough to send me replacement discs.  However, they were on backorder so I had to wait a few weeks to get them.

    Finally got the new discs yesterday and this time I get stuck on soundb6.obw of disc 2.  It’s really frustrating that I purchased the software a month ago and still cannot use it.  Horrible quality control!  Maybe I’ll just stick with Steven Slate Drums.
