Thanks for the answers above. I just came here to ask the same thing. I saw some specified and some did not and wanted to make sure that was intentional.
Cheers

Thanked by: BrianAwesome, Thanks.
Yeah the fact that A) it does not need to remain installed; and B) It only runs at startup… has kind of changed my mind about the product manager.
Thanks for the help guys.

Thanked by: Henrik EkblomOkay… that helps a bit. I can try to see if I can force it by looking through your app locations and see if running in there makes a difference, or perhaps the plugin directory for Pro Tools.
If your software actually only pops open to monitor installations and exits, that is a bit more acceptable. I may check it out and see. I already have several of these dumb things that I HAVE to use and they are so aggravating like the Adobe one I have to use for work for example.
What config is it looking for? One of yours? or perhaps the DAW?
Also, I am an IT Pro at a Big 10 university. I am not afraid of getting my hands dirty under the hood if I need to.
If I can install it manually then please explain how to get around this error.
All I have gotten to install is the Base EZDrummer app and the update. If I try to install the EZD2 Core Libs, Vintage Rock EZX or EXmix, I get this error.
