I am having the exact same problem I am not able to create an account from toontrack.com. I can not find a Support for EZ category in this forum either. A week without being able to register. Recording session on hold, please reply, fix server, or give a solution so I can use your product that my friend referred me to. I see posts all over the net about how hard this is to register and this problem. Disillusioned new user (almost)
