Cannot register – Server error

Greetings.
I’m not really sure what pre-sales mean so sorry if this i the wrong place for this question:
I bought EZ-drummer (music store) and tried to install it (windows 7), I got this error of missing file and read a thread here that I had to download a new installer. My problem is I can’t register my product becase of a server error. I get this respons from Firefox:

The page cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occurred.
And Internet Explorer says: http: 500 server…

I’ve had my EZ-drummer for two days but cannot even install it.
So, is there another way to register my product and Download my installer?

 I am having the exact same problem I am not able to create an account from toontrack.com. I can not find a Support for EZ category in this forum either. A week without being able to register. Recording session on hold, please reply, fix server, or give a solution so I can use your product that my friend referred me to.  I see posts all over the net about how hard this is to register and this problem. Disillusioned new user (almost)

I am having a similar problem when I try to authorize my ez drummer I receive “ipage cannot be displayed because an internal server error has occured” . This is some kind of error code between browser and server I cannot get an authorization code!!!!!

Tried support chat, emailed, posted, no phone? I need this thing to work NOW!

The seem to be having problems with the server.  I can’t get through either.  I know it’s rotten not being able to play with the new toys but I know it will be fixed eventually.
