Finally downloaded the products. Not sure if it’s related, but after removing and reinstalling my antivirus I was able to do the download.

Why is it that when I launch the product manager it logged me in, checks for updates without a problem. I have even been able to download 6 of the updates. For whatever reason it times out when I try to download the actual programs.

I have tried rebooting the computer many times, rebooting my modem plenty of times, switching off my firewall, disabling my antivirus, checking my disk size, checking my internet settings via “tools -> option”, trying to download the product again and again and again.

Still no download. I get the awesome speed of 0.0 kbs

and  nearly 7 hrs later I am still trying to download these goddam files. 6 out of 9 downloaded. The main 3 no go. 0.0kbs.

Painful. Starting to regret buying this.

Giving up now. Will try again tomorrow. Hopefully someone can shed light on this

OK. I managed to download some of the very small updates. So perhaps your server is currently being hammered….

Looking in the product manager “Tools -> Options -> Change Setting” section –  is there some internet setting that needs adjusting?

Perhaps I need the right permissions on the download directory?????

Any other suggestions? Is there some other way to obtain the installers without the product manager BS?

    I tried

    rebooting my modem,

    rebooting my computer,

checking my disk space – 200GB free

    changing the download path

    switching off the windows firefall

    all to no avail

I also tried bypassing the product manager and doing it online. Now it is asking for a computer ID – WTF is that? now it says it’s downloaded even though it isn’t – swell! This is monumentally frustrating !@$#$!!!
