I’ve checked my internet and restarted everything. Even reinstalled program manager, not sure what to do
support got back to me and told me to do this
“We believe this can happen if some proxy setting is on that shouldn’t be. Please open the Product Manager and click the Toontrack Product Manager > Preferences menu, then click the “Change Settings” button at the bottom (for Proxies). Is any proxy turned on there? If so, try turning them off and then start a download. ”
this did the trick
Any idea how they got turned on in the first place?
