“You need to upgrade Ezmix to the latest version…”

Hi Guys,

Im new to Toontrack, i just downloaded the product manager and did the update and everything. I purchased Vocaltool box Ezmix Pack and entered in my S/N (serial) .

The Product was downloaded now i am stuck everything i hit install it say (You need to upgrade Ezmix to the latest version before you can install this product.

Can somebody please help or is anybody having this issue where they have a solution

Hi,

which version of EZmix 2 is installed? Are you using the EZmix 2 plug-in or standalone? If plug-in, which host are you using? Which OS?
