You need to install the required sampler software before installing

Hi, I have downloaded and installed EZDrummer 3 and the EZDrummer Corer Library.  I am now having trouble downloading the Reggae expansion pack. When I click “install” I receive the following error message:  “You need to install the required sampler software before installing Reggae EZmix Pack.”
Isn’t EZDrummer 3 the required sampler software?  If not, what else do I need to download for the expansion pack to work?

From the error message you posted it looks as though you purchased the Reggae EZMix pack instead of the Reggae EZX for EZDrummer.

Not following this reply. I purchased Guitar Tone Pallette EXMix to use with Logic Pro, why do I get this same error message? It appears that you are happy to sell products without letting the customer know what platform it fits or additional software necessary to run it.  Really makes me suspect Toontracks. I have EZ Drummer3 and was considering Superior Drummer, but not happy with what I am seeing on this error message reply. Kind of leaving the customer in the lurch!!

 

WHERE DO I FIND THIS KIND OF INFO BEFORE PURCHASING????

Each EZmix expansion pack product page shows that the EZmix2 product is required.
