Where’s SUPPORT? Can’t install ezdrummer

Can someone help me out before I get a refund for this piece of crap immediately?

I’m trying to install this on win7 64bit and it’s giving me an error OF COURSE, right at the very end of the installation. I was able to install EzDrummer lite before so why is this giving me an issue? It’s some file missing error or something like that..the name of the file is at least 50 letters long. I had no issues with the lite version. I’m using presonus studio one pro..all other info is irrelevant. I can’t install.

If you register you’re EZdrummer (not Lite version) you should have access to the support forums (if you log out and then log back in). Start a post in the EZdrummer support forums and a tech may be able to help.

Well, if I register then the product is mine. I want a solution first so I can get a refund if I don’t get one soon. I won’t register anything, mama didn’t raise a fool.

Well, that’s quite a conundrum you are making for yourself then as this isn’t the support forums but the pre-sales forum section.

I got it to work. It was asking for some X-MM file???? Musician’s Friend said it’d be alright if I register and they’d still give me a refund if I didn’t want it so I registered and used the EZDrummer download instead and that worked. Maybe I had to register first, didn’t say that anywhere.
