HI
I have many ezkeys products and packs Also EZdrummer(Which I love)
My suggestions: EZ GRAND Piano.
1. Add 1/2 Block size to adding Chords. More than half the time. When You cut the block into 2 Sections. It gets confused and Non Musical!
So if we had the ability to enter a chord. That is intended to be Short(Comparatively). It would make a lot of MIDI Editing go away.
And Make the Music Flow more Correctly.
2. Grand piano Sound. Please Get a New Grand sound. Very high Grade Sample.(Sample it like Yamaha Sampled the S700 grand.).
I am sorry. But I can not wait to get away from that Sound of what you call Grand. And that is very disruptive to my Composing. *I have about 15 Different Grand Piano Sounds.
These 2 things would make the product. So much better.
I know you have the New Cin. Grand. But I would never buy it. If the Block size is not addressed.

Can you give a step-by-step example of how you want to write the music, and where/when it doesn’t sound musically?
Also, if possible, post an example of a EZkeys project here that you’re not happy with so I can have a look at it?

We have two grands. The other one is the “Studio Grand”. Playing it feels more like sitting by a real piano. “Grand Piano” is processed to sit in a mix.

Suggestion:
A synth keyboard pack that can cover rock and hard rock rhythm parts, (such as Rush, Journey, Bon Jovi, Dream Theater, etc…) as well as fills and solos.
Thanks!
What I would most like to see is a button on the main interface for “original key” similar to “original tempo”. The “key” choice is currently buried under the menu | browser drop-down button, AND selecting that option doesn’t disclose what the original key is (as far as I can tell). Having that information right on the main screen would be extremely useful, along with the ability to have the major/minor key selector at the bottom automatically change to the original key of the verse, chorus, etc.
Thank you,
Dear Toontrack,
Thank you for making an inspiring product! I have several suggestions:
Thank you for considering these suggestions.

I totally agree on the Progression suggestions above.
That would have EZKEYS catch up with. All the newer DAW Chording and ‘Chording’ Programs. (Scaler, Instachord, Ect….).
As I have said before.
2 different ‘Grands’ is not right.
The ‘Studio Grand’ should be part of The ‘Grand’ Instrument. Not a separate product.
It confuses your customers. And it is. Just not Right!
So, I came looking for answers, and end up with a suggestion:
Pro Tools HD|2 "Classic" w/192 I/O Pro Tools v9.0.3 Windows 7, 64-bit Intel i7-870 2.93 GHz 8 GB RAM
So, I came looking for answers, and end up with a suggestion:
- Allow Meter change within song track. If a song is mainly 4/4 but has a couple of bars of 3/4 during a change, one cannot have these changes reflected in the EZ Keys song track. Yes, you can go in and trim the relevant measures to be 3/4, but from there onward, the bar numbers don’t match the DAW, and you likely end up with each bar now starting somewhere in between the song track bar markers.
- I’d love to see a B3 type addon with appropriate MIDI Library. (OK, two suggestions.)
Thanks for the feedback/ideas!

Maybe I’m missing it, but it seems that changing the velocity knob with the mouse is very inexact. I use that feature all the time, but it’s very difficult to get it to the number I want, is jumps from one value to the other very quickly. It would be great to have a popup when I could enter the numeric value.
I second the idea for a B3 midi pack. The sound is in about 80% of my tracks.
