What Are The “Authorization Files” On The Southern Soul EZX?

In my products downloads section, the Southern Soul EZX has has two downloads called “Authorization Files”. This is the only EZX that I own that has these files in the download section. What do I do with these files? Am I suppose to run/install these? If so, how?

Ok. This isn’t totally clear. Is it saying that I only need to wory about those files if I am authorizing off line, or do I need to run them no matter how I authorize?

They are only for Offline Authorization. If you are Online, they’re not used.
