I like to install my just bought product. Alt Rock EZX. When I try try to install the message appears “Upgrade toontrack software to latest version”
I installed the latest version of the Product Manager.
What should I do?

Sorry for the late reply. I have been locked out of the forum for 2 weeks, for some bizarre reason?! Tech. Support had to resolve the complex issue in the end.
But yes, I re-downloaded and re-installed everything from scratch again last week. The UPDATE notice appeared in the end, which was great. So I’m all up to date now thanks.

On Step 2,when I hit Install product – I get this message,
No Software found
No Toontrack software that is recommended or needed for using this product has been detected on your computer.
I have the latest Product Manager, all very frustrating.
