I’ve done some searching out here – I just got EZBass today and did a track – when I try to export to WAV it exports about half the track but that’s it. I can drag the MIDI to Logic Pro X and use EZBass as a plug in but would prefer the WAV option.
Is this feature supposed to be working yet?
This is my version info:
EZbass plug-in version 1.0.7 (build 26474) [64-bit VST]
Standalone host version 1.0.7 (build 26474)
SOUND LIBRARIES
EZbass Modern version 1.0.6
EZbass Vintage version 1.0.6
MIDI LIBRARIES
EZbass version 1.0.6
Using OS Big Sur 11.0.1
Thanks much,
Brian
Hi,
There shouldn’t be a noticeable limitation to the length of bounced audio. But if you could post your project (a zipped .ezbp file saved from within EZbass), we can investigate the issue. If you don’t want to post it here, you can open a support ticket: https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/.

Hello Mattias,
Thank you for your response and offer to help, I appreciate it. I’ve attached the .zip file here. When trying to export the .wav for use in Logic, I made sure to have the whole project highlighted, not sure if that makes a difference but it seems to in EZDrummer2, and EZKeys (I love your products!).
If you can check it out and let me know, that’d be great – maybe I’m doing something wrong on my side.

Hi again,
I’m having no troubles bouncing the entire track, just opening the project, and selecting Track -> Export Song as Audio File(s), without highlighting or selecting anything. Could you guide me through the steps by which you get an unsuccessful bounce? Do you run in standalone or in a host when bouncing? What sample rate and buffer size are you running at? And also if possible, could you upload the file “mytdrums2.wav”?

Hi Mattias,
Thank you again for taking a look at this. I tried it again both selecting and not selecting the tracks in EZBass and didn’t have any issue exporting the whole wav file. I did this from EZBass as a standalone, and also within Logic using EZBass as a plug-in. Not sure why it did that originally but all I can say now is that it seems to be ok, which rules.
Thanks a lot, hope you have a great day.
Brian
