We just installed Product Manager but can not get it to run on the school network.
When its first opened it checks for updates then a minute later it says “Update check failed”, “The server returned HTTP response code 0.”.
Then its Retry or Quit. Retry doesn’t work and quit just quits the program.
We do use a proxy server and I have checked its working, Safari runs fine.
I checked on a mobile hotspot and it works, but the instruments are 100’s of gigs so can’t use it to download.
I have tested on MacOS 12 and 15.
I am using ToonTrack Product Manager v1.1.2 (32924)
Is there a way to get make Product Manager Proxy aware?
Can you list URLs that need to be ‘unblocked’ or whitelisted that Product Manager requires?
