Unregistering my product

First of all I DIDN’T SELL MY PRODUCT 😉

I want to give my Superior 2.0 and The Metal Foundry expansion to a friend of mine. Because he wants to use them in some of his projects and don’t use it anymore because i stopped playing drums.
But i found out that these product are registered on my old é-mail account, which i don’t use anymore.

So my question is: Is there a way / possibility that i can unregister these products from my old account, so he can use them on his own account? Or do i need to give my old account to him?
