Unable to install Library updates

    Hi!

    Please read the “The Install Directory checkbox is grayed out!”-section in this FAQ, it will help you gather some information that will help our support give you a quick solution to this problem:

    When you have the result from the commands listed in that FAQ, use the Contact Support button at the bottom of the page and attach the result to the support ticket.
