Hi My first time here. I’ve set up my Roland TD9KX into Superior Drummer 2.3.1 through an M-Audio Fast Track Pro with Solo as my host. It works well except for the sensitivity of the mute hit on Cymbal 2. It doesn’t matter what Cymbal sample I use – the problem is the same. The problem is that it doesn’t seem to respond to the strike velocity properly. It just goes off full tilt whatever strike velocity I use. All the other drums and cymbals work just fine. The full crash sound works OK as well. I have experimented with the SD velocity control but it doesn’t appear to affect things in any way. I have reset it – the curve is straight and the little blue light is on. Still the cymbal goes off full tilt even if I just tap it. I’ve run MIDI-OX to see if it’s the TD9 but it doesn’t seem to be. Here’s the output from MIDI-OX with me hitting it soft then hard.
