TD 9 or TD 12 triggering superior drummer

Hello All,
Currently I am using Roland TD9 module with Drum-tec pads and bassdrum, Roland VH11 hihat and Roland cymbals.
I use the TD 9 only to trigger superior drummer.
Question: Is there beside the improvement from having positional sensing, significant improvement when upgrading to TD12 module?
With other words are the Roland TD12 TD20 TD 25 and TD30 more sophisticated and better in transmitting midi message to my DAW to Superior?
