Tambourine lags in Studio one

I just wrote some tambourine into a song, however it doesn’t sound where it is placed, it lags behind the best significantly, the only way I get it to sound on the beat is to drop velocity below 32%, this has to be an error, any ideas.

Are you using the tambourine in EZD2 or the tambourine in the Latin Percussion EZX?
