Superior Swing ? ?

I am using Superior 2.0 with Pro Tools 7.4

The song I am currently working on has somewhat of a swing to it. Noting too crazy though.

The drums sound ok when not quantized, yet still lack a bit of timing here and there.

I have tried several Swing combinations in Pro tools and they all sound like shitt.

We are halfway thorough recording an album and the remaining songs have a bit of swing to them.

I know this has more to do with protools and quantizing.

Any ya’ll niggas have experience swingin ?

Hi,

if portions of the material is OK, then use the Beat Detective to extract the groove from that part of the MIDI and apply it to the parts with the bad timing.
I’m doing just that right now myself.
