Are you using the Toontrack Product Manager? It’s the only way I recommend installing all products!

    yes I do.

before this happend my sd3 worked all fine…..now I can not uninstall or install due to the missing .msi file (Superior Drummer 64-bit.msi)

    what to do?

In Product Manager, could you try downloading SD3 again… (just the software NOT the libraries) and install.

    hi,

The libraries..Superior Drummer SDX Part1 to Part5 is still left on my PC…have not deleted those…but the program 3.3.3 version is the problem….as you see on the picture now I have at least got my superior drummer 2 (2.4.4) to work..but what I wanted was to open my Rock Ware House SDX library inside my SD3…then all the shit happend…..SD2 is 32 bit working for me…is SD3 only 64bit?

Only downloading the program sD3 (3.3.3) again…do I dare to do that?…..the problem will probably occur again…..does it need the .msi file both for installing AND uninstallin?

    SD3 is indeed 64bit and requires a 64bit host to run as a plug-in.

I guess you could try contacting support; https://www.toontrack.com/faq/how-do-i-contact-support/
