Stuck in Download/Verify Loop on Mac Catalina

    Please try to resume the download now. I’ve cleared the caches for that file.

    On the account page you can switch between Mac and PC downloads on the left side, but the downloads are from the same servers so you would have got a corrupt download from there since only Product Manager performs checksum verification.
