[Sonar] EZ Drummer Jazz Drum Map

I am using EZ Drummer and need a drum map for the Jazz kit for Sonar. Although there are maps available as free downloads for other kits, there isn’t one here for Jazz. If there isn’t one already available, is there a tutorial anywhere on how to make one? Thanks.
