Serial Number Missing

    Yes, you would need the serial number registered to your Toontrack account.

    The proper procedure when someone wants to sell or transfer their Toontrack product license is to have the seller contact Toontrack directly and provide the seller’s email address and the buyer’s email address and Toontrack takes care of the transfer.

    Is it possible to have the seller contact Toontrack Support directly and provide at least the original email/account? If so, they should then be able to transfer the serial number to your account.

    Hi Scott and thanks for the reply. I have tried contacting the seller and I have had no luck. I printed off your reply and went back to his home. Im pretty certain he was in but, was refusing to open the door. I posted your reply through his letterbox and I left my number with him to call me. I have had had nothing from him so it looks like Im not going to get this resolved but, thank you anyway.
