Dear reader,
Last Saturday I bought Superior Drummer 3 from my music store here in the Netherlands. Since Saturday I am trying to download the new Superior Drummer. I installed your product manager, I already have a Toontrack account, when I use register new product to download Superior Drummer it says that serial number is already used by another account. Am I doing something wrong here??

Please contact Toontrack Support directly via the Contact Support button in the FAQ. Provide them with your S3 serial number and they can verify that is already in use and can tell you what the next steps are.

I’ve contacted Toontrack about the support ticket issue.
In the meantime, have you contacted the seller regarding the serial number? I know it’s not much help, but there isn’t much for forum support to do regarding serial number issues.
I’ll let you know when the ticket situation is solved.
