SD2 hi hat closing

Ive been looking for an answer for a year – PLEASE HELP – I trigger SD2.0 with a Roland TD9 in Reaper – the hi hat will not stay closed – only for a second – can anyone tell me why? THANKS

You need to play with the Pedal Correction – go to the Mapping tab, then the Presets -> MIDI -> Pedal Correction

First and foremost you need to select the Roland E-drum MIDI Preset on the Mapping page in Superior 2. Then you can fine tune with the Pedal correction curves.
