Yes. The crossgrades speak only to licensing and your ability to purchase each product at a reduced crossgrade pricing.
Each crossgrade is a full product installation and does not require prior installation of the other licensed product(s).

Make sure you check out guitar center and musicians friend! I got mine for $30 less because of a 15% off coupon through musicians friend. The upgrade was originally $199 and I got it for $169!
