I had SD working fine.
I added 2 more physical cymbals to my Yamaha Ekit.
All work fine with the Yamaha module.
So obviously I went into SD to map my new cymbal triggers in SD.
Now – on cymbal 2 and cymbal 3 in SD……SD ONLY allows the ‘mute’ to be attached to these 2 cymbal slots.
I have attempted to set these sounds by both ……
a) The Construct Window , and selecting the Crash articulation on cymbal 2 or 3, then ‘learning’ my cymbal by hitting my physical cymbal – in this case, SD learns the MUTE sound.
b) The Mapping Window, I drag the CRASH articulation down onto the keyboard onto the key that my physical cymbal triggers – in this case, SD also learns the MUTE sound.
Obviously I have done ‘something’ wrong but cannot think what?
