I don’t see anyone making sale requests on here, so I apologize if this is a faux pas. I just think I have a better chance sticking my neck out vs. patiently waiting.
I’m new here, but I’m not new to using EZdrummer. As a far younger late-teenager, I had a habit of acquiring things in illegal ways. Thankfully, I got this mostly sorted by 2016. It’s fully sorted now, but I have legacy projects that depend on EZD2 in particular. I can purchase the EZX’s I need (Nashville, Pop/Rock) for older projects, but going the EZD3 route isn’t very appealing at the moment for these reasons:
- I can’t export my projects from EZD2 to transfer to EZD3 as I don’t have EZD2. I could have a forum member that uses REAPER (and has the above-mentioned setup) export for me, but I’d rather not have to do this.
- Even if I could, this would necessitate the purchase of the EZD2 Core Library on top of the expense of EZD3.
- The price total for EZD3+EZD2 Core+Pop/Rock+Nashville would be around $288 USD with the Black Friday pricing.
- EZD2 may be out of date and unsupported, but it worked great for me and I’m not currently using a 4K monitor.
- I can still upgrade in the future and have the EZD2 Core samples ready to go- export my own projects for the transition, etc.
Needless to say, I’m quite enthusiastic to purchase EZD2 at the moment as that would cover my Modern/Vintage needs, cover the sampler itself (and load up in the projects like it was never missing) and I could get Nashville and Pop/Rock directly, as they’re still available (and I presume still compatible with EZD2).
Thanks for any offers that may or may not come up. This might be a total shot in the dark, but thanks for your attention anyways!
